First, Protect Access

If the issue is active right now:

  • pause the affected route
  • turn off routing globally if you need to stop all traffic quickly
  • sign out if you believe account access is no longer trusted

If there is an immediate real-world safety risk, use local emergency services first.

Capture The Details

Before you report the issue, gather as much of the following as you can:

  • what happened
  • when it happened
  • which map or route was involved
  • screenshots of the relevant Secureferry screen
  • whether the issue is still happening
  • the account email or sign-in method you used

Report The Concern

Open Support from the user menu, then choose Report safety issue to start the Secureferry reporting flow.

If you cannot complete the report in Secureferry, email:

  • [email protected]

Include the details listed above so the team can triage the report without asking you to repeat the basics.
