Read The Privacy Policy

Open Privacy & data from the user menu to read Secureferry privacy guidance and the full privacy policy in the app.

You can also read the current draft here:

Review Sessions And Devices

Go to Account > Security.

You can review:

  • recent sessions
  • saved devices
  • which entry is marked Current

Use this screen when you want to confirm where your account has been active.

Sign Out

Go to Account > Profile and use the Sign out action in the Session card.

This removes your active app session so you can board again with the same or a different identity.

Change Alert Preferences

Go to Account > Preferences > Notifications to control billing, route health, and security alerts for your account.

Manage Subscription Data Through Google Play

If you pay for Secureferry through Android, use Account > Subscriptions > Manage in Play for store-managed changes such as cancellation or payment method updates.

Delete Your Account

Go to Account > Security > Danger zone and choose Delete account.

You must type DELETE in the confirmation step before Secureferry accepts the request.

You can also request account deletion from the web at:

Sign in with the Secureferry account you want deleted, type DELETE, and submit the request.

If your Secureferry subscription is managed through Google Play, cancel it in Play first. The app will block account deletion until the active Play subscription is no longer active.

When deletion is accepted, Secureferry schedules the account for deletion after a 48-hour cooling-off period. You can sign in to the web account page and cancel the request before deletion starts.

After the cooling-off period, Secureferry begins removing operational account data such as profile, route, map, zone, and session records. Depending on legal, security, billing, and recordkeeping requirements, some records may still be retained for a limited period as described in the privacy policy.
