Open The Drawer
Tap the Notifications button in the top bar.
The drawer opens with three sections:
BillingRoutesSecurity
Each section can show unread indicators and higher-severity warnings when something needs attention.
Read And Clear Alerts
Inside the drawer you can:
- switch between billing, route, and security alerts
- open the primary action for an alert, such as billing or security review
- tap
Mark readon a single alert - tap
Mark all readwhen you want to clear the whole unread feed
If a section is empty, Secureferry shows an empty state instead of an error.
Change Notification Preferences
Tap the settings icon in the notifications drawer, or go to Account > Preferences > Notifications.
You can turn these alerts on or off:
Enable notificationsBilling alertsRoute health alertsSecurity alerts
If a category is turned off, related alerts may stop appearing.
The same screen also shows whether Android system notifications are enabled for Secureferry. If Android has blocked notifications, use the action on that row to allow notifications or open system settings.
If Alerts Do Not Appear
Check these first:
- confirm you are signed into the expected account
- open
Account>Preferences>Notificationsand verify the relevant toggles are on - confirm Android notification access is still enabled for Secureferry
- close and reopen the drawer to refresh the feed
- if the drawer shows a loading or connection error, retry once your network is stable
If background pushes are enabled, tapping a Secureferry system notification opens the app and takes you straight back to the relevant notification segment.
