Manage Subscriptions

Secureferry’s Android billing flow uses Google Play. You can review available plans, start checkout, and hand off ongoing subscription management to Play.

Open Subscriptions Start A Subscription Manage An Existing Subscription If A Plan Is Missing Or Unavailable Related Guides

Open Subscriptions

Go to Account > Subscriptions.

The Subscriptions screen can show:

  • available plans
  • pricing returned by Google Play
  • plan benefits
  • entitlement limits such as Customs clearance, checkpoints, shared routes, and dedicated routes
  • a Current plan label when your subscription is active

Start A Subscription

From a plan card:

  1. Tap Subscribe.
  2. Complete checkout in Google Play.
  3. Return to Secureferry and reopen Subscriptions if you want to confirm the new plan state.

If checkout cannot open, try again after confirming Google Play is available and the plan is ready to purchase.

Manage An Existing Subscription

Use Manage in Play from the Subscriptions screen, or Manage on your current plan card.

Google Play handles:

  • renewals
  • cancellations
  • payment methods
  • store receipts and store-level billing history

If A Plan Is Missing Or Unavailable

Check these first:

  • make sure you are signed into the correct Google Play account
  • reopen the Subscriptions screen after a completed Play purchase
  • update Google Play if billing cannot connect
  • if Secureferry says plans are unavailable or still being prepared, try again later or email [email protected]
