Deletion steps

  1. Sign in with the Secureferry account you want deleted.
  2. Open Account, then use the Delete account section.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm the deletion request.
  4. Secureferry waits 48 hours before deleting the account. You can cancel during that window.

The same request is available in the Android app from Account, Security, Danger zone, Delete account.

Google Play subscriptions

Cancel any active Google Play subscription before submitting an account deletion request. Secureferry cannot cancel Google Play subscriptions on your behalf.

Data deleted or retained

When deletion is completed, Secureferry removes operational account data such as profile, route, map, zone, and session records.

Billing, audit, security, legal, dispute, and system-integrity records may be retained where required or permitted by law, billing obligations, security needs, or abuse prevention.

Cooling-off period

After you submit a request, Secureferry schedules account deletion for 48 hours later. During that period, sign in again and choose Cancel deletion request if you want to keep the account active.

If you cannot sign in, contact support from this site and include the email address attached to the Secureferry account.
